At Irshad Saeed Packaging, our goal is to reduce waste at every stage of production. To strengthen our circular-economy approach, we’ve established an in-house recycling facility dedicated to converting internal post-industrial waste into reusable material. This helps us lower raw-material consumption, reduce environmental impact, and improve cost efficiency for our customers.
Shredding & Granulation
Film is shredded and converted into uniform plastic granules.
Re-Processing
Recycled granules are blended with virgin material for suitable products.
Reuse in Production
Recycled content is reintroduced into extrusion or shipped for further processing.
Quality Check
Every batch undergoes melt-flow and contamination testing for consistency.

At Irshad Saeed Packaging Pvt. Ltd., sustainability isn’t just a goal — it’s built into the way we operate. To reduce our environmental footprint and promote clean manufacturing, we have installed a 300+ kWp grid-tied solar power system at our production facility in Sundar Industrial Estate, Lahore.
This advanced solar setup now supplies a major portion of our daily energy needs, helping us significantly lower our dependence on conventional electricity. As a result, we are:
